From Ornithology & Paleontology to Japanese Paper Folding & ChinesePaper Cutting to Bilateral and Radial Symmetry, STEAM Team 2016 has something for Everyone!

Arts, cultures, sciences and math were abundantly explored and experienced in the College of Education today. From Ornithology & Paleontology to Japanese Paper Folding & Chinese Paper Cutting to Bilateral and Radial Symmetry, STEAM Team 2016 had  something for everyone!

Today's lead teacher, Min Zhu, shared Chinese culture through the concept of symmetry and traditional Chinese paper cutting. Maura Odom wowed us with her ornithology and paleontology knowledge while making connections to the culture, art and history of Japanese paper folding. An educational good time was had by all.
